At Ash2Ascension, every order is a spark in your personal transformation. Below you’ll find all the practical details about how and when those sparks reach you.
🌎 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another email with tracking information once your order ships.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take a bit longer — thank you for your patience as your items are crafted and packed with care.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all U.S. states via Printify’s partner network.
Estimated delivery after processing: 5–10 business days depending on location and product type.
You’ll receive tracking details once your package leaves the fulfillment center.
Note: Each item may arrive separately if it’s produced by different Printify partners.
🌍 International Shipping
We do ship internationally to select countries.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing — typically 2–4 weeks after dispatch.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
💫 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions (announced on our homepage or social channels).
🔥 Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact ash2phoenix25@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll trace the package with our fulfillment partners and ensure a resolution — whether that means a replacement or refund.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” we cannot be held responsible for theft or loss.
We recommend double-checking your address, mailbox, and with neighbors. If you believe your package was stolen, contact us and we’ll assist in filing a carrier claim.
🪶 Returns Related to Shipping
If an order arrives damaged or defective, please email photos to ash2phoenix25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
